Subscriptions

How do I update my payment method?

Your payment details can be updated quickly and securely by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on 'Manage Subscriptions"' > 'Manage Payment Methods', Click "Address & Payment Details, Select "Manage Payment Methods" and update your details. 

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes you can make changes, cancel or pause your subscription whenever you like by logging into your account and 'managing subscription'.

I have a subscription, but cannot access my account?

When purchasing a subscription, an account invitation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If your account has not been activated, you will receive an error message when you try to log in or reset your password. Find your email and set up your account to rectify - if you have trouble email us at concierge@naere.co.uk.

How do I change my subscription charge date?

An upcoming charge date can be amended by logging into your online account. Once logged in, click on 'My subscriptions' > 'View Your Next Order' > 'Reschedule', where you can select your preferred charge date.

Are there any shipping costs?

All orders come with complimentary delivery unless otherwise stated. Enjoy.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email at concierge@naere.co.uk and we will do our best to help you if your order hasn't already been packed or dispatched.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to concierge@naere.co.uk and we will look to see where your order is.

Account Info

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits being a member creates. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalised concierge, first access to new launches and exclusive events.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
