Delivery & returns
We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
All UK orders have Free Delivery and will take between 2 - 4 working days to arrive from your order.
Orders placed after 1pm (Monday - Friday) will be shipped on the next business day (UK only). This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note, any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at NÆRE and may affect your order arrival time over peak periods.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently ship to many countries around the world - if you can't find your country at checkout then unfortunately we don't ship to you yet. We are working closely with our partners and carriers to bring NÆRE to more countries soon.

If you're ordering from Ireland we endeavour to deliver within one week.
Returns & Refunds
We try our best to make sure that our products arrive to you safely and take great pride in the quality at NÆRE. However, if in the unlikely event that you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival, then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund.
Please just let us know by emailing concierge@naere.co.uk before you return your order.
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 5 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at concierge@naere.co.uk prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
