Wioleta, you are at the forefront of a truly transformative field. What ignited your personal passion for longevity and wellness, and what truly drives you in helping others on this journey?
My passion for longevity and wellness has grown very naturally over time. I’ve been an aesthetician for the past 15 years, but it really started much earlier. As a teenager, I already loved helping people look and feel better - I began with simple things like nails and eyebrow shaping, and over time moved into facial massage, body treatments, and more holistic therapies.
What has always driven me is not just beauty, but how people feel.
For me, treatments are about relaxation, releasing tension, and creating a sense of care, almost like giving a client a gentle cuddle through touch. When someone leaves a treatment, my goal is that they don’t just look better, but feel lighter, calmer, and more supported.
Personalisation has always been at the heart of my work. During consultations, I really try to understand where a client is in their life at that moment, physically, emotionally, and mentally and then tailor the treatment using the tools and techniques we have available to best support them. That holistic approach is what naturally connects my work to longevity and overall wellness.

When should somebody start thinking about longevity?
I believe people should start thinking about longevity at any age really, it’s never too early. I’m a mum of two, and I already explain to my children that what we do now has a big impact on our future. I focus on teaching them healthy habits in a simple, balanced way: drinking plenty of water, understanding why electrolytes and certain supplements can be helpful, and learning the difference between nourishing food and junk food.
I’m definitely not a “crazy” mum - they still enjoy sweets, but it’s about making better choices. For example, instead of regular sweets, we might make protein balls or healthier brownies using beans. When we’re shopping, I explain why some foods are better options than others. I truly believe longevity starts in childhood, and as parents, it’s in our hands to guide our children and help them build the right habits early on.
For adults, the approach is similar. It’s about small, daily steps rather than extreme changes. I don’t believe in suddenly buying everything, signing up for multiple gyms or classes, or trying to change your whole life overnight.
Small, consistent changes make a big impact over time. As those habits become part of your routine, you can gradually build on them and that’s how real, lasting change happens.
You help people design their 'bespoke symphonies,' but how do you start your own day? Do you have a non-negotiable morning ritual that sets you up for the day?
I don’t really have a strict, non-negotiable morning ritual and that’s very intentional. Just like the bespoke treatments I create for others, I approach my own life the same way. I’ve learned, and I’m still learning, to truly listen to my body.
Each morning, I check in with how I feel. Some days that means slowing down, stopping, breathing, or meditating. Hot yoga is a big part of my routine, and it helps me reconnect with my body and reset. Other mornings are different - I might start the day with a matcha, or on a tougher night, a coffee because my body needs that support.
I do have healthy daily habits, but they’re flexible rather than rigid. For example, I walk to the train station instead of taking the bus, I make conscious food choices, and I stay hydrated. These small habits are consistent, even though the day-to-day expression of them changes.
My beauty routine follows the same philosophy. I keep a small, curated selection of products, and each morning and evening I check in with my skin, almost asking it what it needs that day. If it feels congested, I focus on refreshing and balancing. If it feels dry or dehydrated, I add extra hydration or massage with oils. Some days that might also include electrolytes or additional nourishment.
For me, the key to any routine, whether wellness or beauty, isn’t strict rules, but awareness. Being prepared for different needs throughout the day and responding to what your body is asking for is what truly supports balance, longevity, and wellbeing.
The "Universal" Longevity Protocol: What are five non-negotiable longevity tips that every reader can implement at home to significantly impact their health?
1. Move your body every single day
Movement doesn’t have to mean the gym. Stretching, yoga, Pilates, a fast walk, or even 10-20 minutes at home without equipment makes a huge difference. Some days I do hot yoga or reformer Pilates, other days my movement is walking fast behind my daughter on her scooter or taking a longer route home. What matters is getting circulation and lymphatic flow moving daily so the body stays strong, mobile, and energised as we age.
2. Build strength, not just flexibility
Stretching is important, but strength is essential for ageing well. I use small weights and body-weight exercises to keep my muscles strong, support my joints, and maintain balance and posture. Feeling strong and capable is one of the biggest foundations of longevity.
3. Support your body with the right supplements
Even with a healthy diet, food alone often isn’t enough anymore. I believe in targeted supplementation based on your body’s needs. For me, probiotics are non-negotiable because of my sensitive stomach, along with magnesium and key vitamins. I also love collagen drinks - they support not just skin, but joints, muscles, and overall wellbeing.
4. Hydration is essential - upgrade your water
Drinking plenty of water is a must, but adding electrolytes or hydrogen-enhanced water can take hydration to another level. Proper hydration supports energy, digestion, skin health, and cellular function, and it’s one of the simplest changes with the biggest impact.
5. Reduce stress and support recovery
Longevity isn’t only physical it’s mental and emotional too. Having a hobby you love is vital, whether it’s yoga, dancing, reading, or something creative. I also use LED light therapy at home and find it makes a big difference for recovery and overall wellbeing. Additionally, I love making natural, fermented foods like kombucha, kefir, and learning how to make kimchi, they support gut health and reconnect us with more natural, nourishing ways of living.

And if you had to rank these five tips in terms of 'biological ROI,' which one would you say is the most overlooked by the average person?
That’s a difficult question, because we’re all very different. Our “biological ROI” depends a lot on how we’ve treated our bodies up to this point, our lifestyle, and what we’re already doing well.
That said, if I had to choose the most overlooked area with the highest return, I would say building and maintaining strength and supporting collagen production. These are two things we lose very quickly as we age, often without realising it. Muscle mass declines faster than most people expect, and collagen production drops significantly over time.
Strength isn’t just about appearance, it affects balance, posture, metabolism, joint health, and independence as we get older. Collagen supports not only the skin, but also joints, connective tissue, muscles, and overall structural integrity of the body.
When we actively work on preserving muscle and supporting collagen - through movement, strength training, nutrition, and supplementation - we make ageing much easier, more resilient, and more enjoyable. In my experience, investing in these areas gives one of the biggest long-term returns for both health and quality of life.
"Surrenne often emphasises 'beauty from within.' How does an ingestible skincare change the way we approach skin aging compared to traditional topical creams?
When we talk about “beauty from within,” it’s about understanding that skin ageing doesn’t start on the surface - it starts inside the body. Traditional topical creams are important and very helpful, but they mainly work on the outer layers of the skin. They can hydrate, protect, and improve texture, but they can’t fully address what’s happening deeper inside.
Ingestible skincare changes the approach because it supports the skin at a cellular level. Ingredients like collagen, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourish the body from within, supporting collagen production, skin elasticity, hydration, and repair over time. Instead of just treating visible signs of ageing, we’re supporting the structures that keep skin strong, resilient, and healthy.
I don’t see ingestible skincare as a replacement for topical products - it’s a partnership. When you combine internal support with a thoughtful external skincare routine, the results are more balanced, longer-lasting, and more natural. It becomes less about “fixing” ageing and more about supporting the body so the skin can age beautifully and healthily.
Can you explain why we will have better results by pairing topical skincare with an ingestible like NÆRE (which supports the dermis from within)?
Pairing topical skincare with an ingestible like NÆRE creates balance and balance is where the best results come from. Topical products, in-clinic treatments, and technologies like LED light are incredibly important. They work on the surface and help stimulate collagen, improve texture, and support the skin from the outside.
But the real foundation of skin health comes from within. How we nourish our bodies - what we eat, drink, and supplement is the base everything else is built on. It’s very true that we are what we feed our bodies and our brains. If the skin isn’t supported internally, external treatments can only go so far.
An ingestible like NÆRE supports the dermis from the inside by providing the body with the building blocks it needs for collagen production, repair, and resilience. When you combine that internal support with a thoughtful topical routine, the skin doesn’t just look better - it functions better.
The impact also goes beyond the skin. Supporting the body from within influences how we feel, how we perform during the day, and how clearly our brain works. That’s why starting from the inside, from the base, is key to seeing stronger, longer-lasting, and more holistic results.
From a longevity perspective can you explain the science of how nutricosmetics like NÆRE support the skin's barrier and cellular repair on a systemic level?
From a longevity perspective, skin is our largest organ and a vital part of our body’s barrier and repair system. Nutricosmetics like NÆRE support the skin on a systemic level by delivering key nutrients through the bloodstream to the dermis, where skin cells regenerate and repair.
These nutrients help strengthen the skin barrier, support collagen production, improve hydration and elasticity, and protect cells from oxidative stress. Instead of only treating the surface, this inside-out approach supports how the skin functions and ages over time, making topical skincare more effective and results more long-lasting.
Focusing on female heath, where hormone changes play a huge factor in day to day wellbeing, what are the most effective ways a woman can achieve optimal long lasting vitality?
When it comes to female health and long-lasting vitality, especially with hormonal changes, the most important thing is learning to listen to your body. Hormones influence everything - energy, mood, sleep, skin, weight, and overall wellbeing - so awareness is key.
Real, lasting vitality comes from small, consistent steps taken both on the inside and the outside. Eating well, moving your body regularly, building strength, supporting yourself with the right longevity supplements, and managing stress all have a powerful impact on hormonal balance.
It’s also important to stay informed about what’s happening inside your body. Regular blood tests and check-ins help you understand changes over time, and seeking guidance from the right specialists can make a huge difference. You don’t have to navigate hormonal changes alone - there are many knowledgeable professionals who can support and guide you.
Starting these habits early and maintaining them day by day creates balance, resilience, and vitality over the long term. Small daily choices truly shape how we feel now and how we age in the future.
What is the most rewarding part of being a 'conductor' for someone's wellness journey?
For me, being a “conductor” of someone’s wellness journey isn’t just a job, it’s part of who I am. It’s something I carry with me every day, even when I’m not working. Whether I’m speaking with clients, friends, or even someone I meet casually, helping others comes very naturally to me. I think I was simply born with that instinct.
The most rewarding part is being able to help people become more aware - of their bodies, their needs, and the possibilities available to them. Sometimes that means guiding them directly, and other times it means connecting them with the right specialist when I know someone else can help better.
Seeing the impact is incredibly fulfilling. There’s nothing more meaningful than watching someone arrive feeling stressed, low, or disconnected, and then leave lighter, calmer, and smiling. I’ve had many moments where a client comes into the spa or clinic feeling moody or overwhelmed, and after 90 minutes they leave with a completely different energy, sometimes even with a hug.
Hearing a simple “thank you,” or learning later how something we worked on changed their life, brings deep satisfaction and happiness. In those moments, it doesn’t feel like work at all, it feels like purpose, connection, and genuine joy in helping others feel better in themselves.
As we look ahead, what is the 'next frontier' in wellness that excites you most? Are we looking at peptides, senolytics, or perhaps something even more personalised in 2026?
What excites me most about the next frontier in wellness isn’t just one ingredient or trend - it’s awareness and precision. Over the past year or two, people have started exploring longevity, but now we’re entering a phase where individuals truly understand what longevity means: small, intentional choices made today that create impact in 5, 10 or even 20 years.
I see thoughtful minimalism as a major shift. Instead of doing everything or following every trend, people are learning to focus on what truly works for their bodies. That means choosing fewer products and treatments, but ones that are high-quality, scientifically proven, and truly effective, even if that means investing more in the right things rather than buying everything off the shelf.
Personalisation is another huge frontier. Moving away from “one-size-fits-all” menus and protocols, and instead designing treatments, supplements, and routines based on individual needs, biology, and lifestyle. This is where peptides, advanced supplementation, and targeted therapies can really shine - when used thoughtfully and personally.
I’m also very excited about the role of AI and new technologies. AI-driven diagnostics, smart devices, and data-led insights will help us understand our bodies better than ever before and make more precise, informed wellness decisions. The future of wellness is intelligent, personalised, and intentional and that’s incredibly exciting.
London is a fast-paced city. How and where do you find solace for yourself? Your favourite place to unwind? Neighbourhood, cafe or gallery?
London is definitely fast-paced and busy, but honestly, I’m very much in love with the city. There are moments when it can feel exhausting, of course, but overall the energy, opportunities, and choices here really inspire me. I love being surrounded by parks, galleries, different cultures, incredible restaurants, studios, clinics, spas - whatever my body or mind needs at a particular moment, I can usually find it here.
That’s one of the reasons I’m in London: the access. If you’re open to it, the city really offers everything. For me, solace often comes from simple things - spending time in one of London’s beautiful parks, visiting a gallery, or going to the theatre. These spaces help me slow down and reconnect.
At the same time, I also love stepping outside the city. Even a day or two away makes a big difference. We often go to the seaside to recharge, or I’ll escape into nature, a forest walk, a bike ride, or simply being near the water helps me disconnect and reset.
Ultimately, it always comes back to listening to your body. Some days you need the stimulation of the city - culture, art, movement. Other days, your body asks for quiet, space, and nature. London gives you the freedom to choose both, and that balance is what helps me unwind and stay grounded.
If you had to summarise your personal philosophy on aging in just three words, what would they be?
Listen. Support. Balance.
They reflect how I approach ageing - staying connected to your body, supporting it from the inside and outside, and creating balance so you can age with strength, ease, and joy.
What is the one thing you wish every person understood about their own capacity for wellbeing?
I wish every person truly understood how much power they already have over their own wellbeing. Often, especially when we’re young, we don’t visibly see ageing happening, so it feels distant or abstract. But ageing is always taking place - quietly and consistently.
What we do today, at any age, has a direct impact on how we feel, move, and live in the future. Longevity isn’t about fear of getting older - it’s actually about wanting to grow older with strength, ease, and quality of life.
When people realise that small daily choices: how we eat, move, rest, manage stress, and support our bodies, truly shape the years ahead, it becomes empowering rather than overwhelming. We have far more influence over our future wellbeing than we often believe, and it’s never too early (or too late) to start.
